In a major shakeup, the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has undergone a major reshuffle, resulting in the removal of 12 officers from their positions.
Among these officers are those holding Grade 21 and 22 positions within the FBR hierarchy. This shake-up has led to their services being transferred to the FBR administrative pool.
The restructuring at the FBR also involved the issuance of a formal notification, announcing the removal of several senior officers from their respective posts.
Notably, Grade 22 Officer and Member Customs Accounting, Mukram Jah Ansari, along with Member IR Policy, Afaq Qureshi, have been redirected to the administrative pool. Additionally, Member Customs Operation, Dr. Farid Iqbal Qureshi, has also been reassigned to the admin pool.
