Iran’s Revolutionary Guards have confirmed strikes on American and Israeli bases in Gulf countries, while the Israeli military has claimed the destruction of underground bunkers in Tehran.
According to details, the Iranian Revolutionary Guards said in a statement that new missiles were used in attacks on US and Israeli military bases. Missiles were also fired towards Israel’s Ben Gurion Airport, Haifa and Tel Aviv.
On the other side, the Israeli military said 50 Israeli aircraft dropped 100 bombs on the compound of Ali Khamenei. It claimed that underground bunkers were completely destroyed in the strikes.
Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian, in a message on social media, said Iran had not retreated from its resolve for lasting peace in the region. He said the country would not hesitate to defend its sovereignty and dignity.
He added that several countries had begun mediation efforts and said mediators should speak to those who started the war.
