The district and sessions court of Lahore has approved bail for PTI activist and designer Khadijah Shah in a case of provocative tweets.
The bail was approved after Additional Sessions Judge Muhammad Nawaz announced a reserved verdict in the Federal Investigation Agency case. The court granted bail to Khadijah Shah in exchange for bail bonds of Rs100,000.
The case was registered against Khadijah by the FIA Lahore.
Her husband also took to X to post the update about the bail. However, he added that the designer was yet to be granted bail in one more case, which means she cannot be freed yet.
Alhamdulillah, Khadijah has been granted bail in the FIA case by the honourable sessions court. Bail is still pending in FIR 109 #KhadijahShah
