The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has released the notification of the Trader Friendly Special Procedure 2024 Registration of traders and shopkeepers will start from 1st April.
As per the notification, dealers and shopkeepers will be liable to a trader-friendly special procedure. The registration period for traders and shopkeepers under the scheme will start from 1st April.
The first monthly advance income tax collection date is July 15, 2024. After that date, the advance income tax collection date is the 15th of every month. This includes the manufacturers/retailers and importer/retailer schemes, as well as the small traders, shopkeepers, wholesalers, and retailers schemes.
According to the announcement, the registration will be done in Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Quetta and Islamabad. The minimum advance tax for traders and shopkeepers will be Rs 1200.
The last date of registration will be 30 April 2024.
