New Zealand fast bowler Brett Randell has made history after taking five wickets in five balls in a first-class match.
The record-breaking spell came during a domestic Plunkett Shield fixture between Central Districts and Northern Districts on Sunday. Randell, playing for Central Districts, dismantled the opposition batting line-up with a remarkable burst that included the wicket of former Black Caps opener Jeet Raval and current New Zealand seamer Kristian Clarke.
The paceman finished the innings with seven wickets, sealing a historic feat in first-class cricket.
