A trusted leaker has shared design images of the highly anticipated iPhone Fold, though details such as dimensions remain undisclosed.
Leaker Sonny Dickson posted two CAD-style renders on X, which appear to align with earlier alleged iPhone Fold drawings that surfaced in December 2025.
While it is unclear whether these designs are based on official specifications or rumors, they seem to corroborate previous claims that the open iPhone Fold will resemble the iPad mini in size and shape.
The new images depict both open and closed views of the device. One render shows what looks like a centered pinhole selfie camera on the front, with an additional camera positioned at the top left when the phone is unfolded. Both drawings also show a rear camera bar featuring two lenses and a likely separate flash.
Dickson provided no additional commentary on the images and did not respond to questions about their source or accuracy. The CAD drawings are shown in two colors, which may not reflect final production hues.
This differs from earlier leaks that suggested the rear camera plateau would be all black rather than color-matched to the rest of the chassis.
Other consistent details in the renders include horizontally aligned cameras and volume buttons shifted to the left side of the device.
Apple is widely expected to launch the iPhone Fold in September 2026. However, predictions for a folding iPhone have circulated annually since Samsung released its first foldable phone in 2019.
While expectations for 2026 are particularly high, AppleInsider notes that, unlike prior iPhone releases, no substantial supply chain leaks have yet surfaced. Despite this, Sonny Dickson remains a credible source in the Apple leak community.
