Pakistan ODI captain Shaheen Shah Afridi expressed optimism about staging a comeback in the second One-Day International against Bangladesh after the Green Shirts suffered an eight-wicket defeat to the hosts in Mirpur on Wednesday.
Speaking after the match, Afridi said Pakistan did not begin the series well but two matches still remain. The Pakistan captain said the team is determined to stage a comeback in the series.
He said partnerships hold importance in both batting and bowling in One-Day cricket.
Afridi also praised Nahid Rana for his impressive bowling performance.
