Hezbollah leader Naim Qassem has said the Lebanese resistance movement has prepared itself for a “long war” against Israel.
Speaking in a televised address, the leader of the Iran-backed group in Lebanon said Israel would face “surprises” on the battlefield.
Exchanges of attacks between Hezbollah and Israel have continued since March 2.
Hezbollah carried out air strikes on Israel following the death of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
Israel, meanwhile, has carried out heavy bombardment of Lebanon and says it is targeting Hezbollah positions.
