The Afghan Taliban regime’s propaganda claim has once again been exposed as false, the Ministry of Information said.
The ministry stated that claims regarding the capture of a Taliban post and damage inflicted on it were fabricated.
According to the ministry, such false assertions are an attempt to mislead the Afghan public.
Officials said details of the losses suffered by the Afghan Taliban and Fitna al-Khawarij are being released.
Video footage and photographic evidence of the operations are also being shared with the media, the ministry added.
The ministry said targeted operations against terrorists and their facilitators remain under way.
It further stated that no verifiable evidence exists to support the Taliban’s claims.
The ministry also alleged that Indian media outlets and social media networks are amplifying the propaganda.
Following fact-checking, the Taliban’s claims have repeatedly been proven wrong, the ministry maintained.
