The decision has been made to change the uniform of the Islamabad Traffic Police, following Punjab.
Sources divulged that the traffic police uniform will be altered to black and grey. In the first phase, officers stationed in offices will receive the new attire, while in the second phase field staff will be provided with the updated uniform.
The ICT Traffic Police will also be supplied with modern electric SUV vehicles. These electric vehicles will be deployed on various roads during Eid to improve traffic flow.
