The United Arab Emirates Minister of State, Reem Al Hashimy said that any Iranian attacks on the UAE are illegal and unjustified.
She affirmed that the country is ready to defend itself, though she hoped such a situation would not arise.
In an interview with CNN, Minister Reem Al Hashimy stated that if missiles rained upon the UAE, the nation would not remain idle. She added that the matter is now with Iran’s courts, which must decide how to deal with neighbouring states. She emphasised that Iran’s neighbours have always acted fairly and reasonably.
Meanwhile, UAE Presidential Advisor Anwar Gargash said that Iran should regain its senses and noted that its war is not with its neighbours.
