Former Pakistan T20I captain Mohammad Hafeez has called for sweeping reforms following the Salman Ali Agha-led side’s debacle in the T20 World Cup 2026.
Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, the former all-rounder stressed the need for a strong and authoritative cricket director and robust team management. He also pressed for impact-based selection instead of selection founded solely on statistics, greater importance to red-ball cricket, and comprehensive medical reforms.
