A villager in China was left astonished after discovering valuable gold nuggets inside the stomach of a duck while preparing it for dinner.
The man, whose identity has not been disclosed, is from Longhui County in Hunan province in central China. He reportedly found the unusual items after slaughtering the duck for a meal.
According to the South China Morning Post, the man was cleaning the duck when he cut open its stomach and discovered several small pieces of gold inside.
Local reports said the nuggets weighed about 10 grams in total and were estimated to be worth around 12,000 yuan (approximately 486,000 Pakistani rupees).
The surprising discovery quickly attracted attention, leaving many wondering how the gold ended up inside the duck.
