A young racing prodigy from China has captured global attention for becoming one of the youngest professional car racers in the world.
Shao Ziyan received a racing license at the remarkable age of just five, making him the youngest licensed racing driver in China.
Ziyan’s passion for motorsports began at an unusually early age. He started playing racing simulator games when he was about one year old, which helped him develop an early interest in driving and racing.
By the age of two years and eight months, he began driving go-karts, and by four years old he had already started competing in racing events.
His skills were further highlighted in an international racing simulator competition, where he finished 27th among more than 10,000 participants.
Because of his exceptional talent and achievements at such a young age, media outlets have widely referred to Shao Ziyan as China’s youngest professional racing driver.
