Imran Khan, founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, was allowed a meeting with his wife Bushra Bibi at Adiala Jail, according to jail sources.
The meeting took place in the jail’s conference room and lasted approximately 30 minutes. During the visit, the couple discussed Khan’s eye treatment and his ongoing health improvements.
They also exchanged views regarding the appeals currently pending in the courts. After the allotted time ended, both were returned to their respective cells.
It is reported that today was designated as the day for family and legal counsel meetings with Khan. Meanwhile, his sisters, accompanied by party workers, were present at the Marble Factory checkpoint near the jail.
