The prices of gold and silver have seen a surge again after four consecutive days of decline in global and local markets.
The price of 24-karat gold per tola surged by a slight Rs1,000, reaching Rs523,762 per tola, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold increased by Rs857, taking it to Rs449,041. Also, the price of 10 grammes of 22-karat gold saw a hike of Rs785 to be sold for Rs411,635.

International gold prices
In the international market, the price of gold per ounce has hiked by $10 to reach $5,010 per ounce.
Silver prices in Pakistan
Silver prices also followed the same trend, with the price of silver per tola rising by Rs128 to Rs8,569 in Pakistan, while 10 grams of silver also hiked by Rs110 to be sold for Rs7,346.
