Eid-ul-Fitr is being celebrated with great religious fervour across Gulf countries and many parts of the world today.
However, Pakistan and several Asian countries will observe the festival tomorrow after the Shawwal moon was not sighted.
Eid-ul-Fitr is being celebrated in Gulf countries, including Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, with traditional enthusiasm and religious devotion.
Overseas Pakistanis living in these countries are also marking the occasion, offering special prayers and expressing hopes and prayers for Pakistan. Across the Middle East, Muslims in Turkey, Lebanon, Yemen, Palestine and Iraq are also celebrating Eid today.
Kuwait suspends Eid prayers
In Kuwait, authorities have taken precautionary measures amid security concerns. The Grand Mosque of Kuwait has issued an order to suspend Eid prayers, highlighting the tense environment in the region.
Europe, Americas and Australia join celebrations
Eid festivities are also underway in several European countries, including Britain, France, Spain and Germany.
Meanwhile, Muslims in the United States, Canada and Australia are celebrating Eid-ul-Fitr today, joining the global observance of the festival.
Across Africa, countries such as Morocco and Egypt are also celebrating Eid-ul-Fitr with traditional zeal. Mosques are filled with worshippers offering Eid prayers and sharing the spirit of unity and gratitude.

Pakistan, Asian countries to celebrate tomorrow
In Pakistan, Eid-ul-Fitr will be celebrated tomorrow with religious fervour.
Chairman of the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee, Maulana Abdul Khabir Azad, announced that the Shawwal moon was not sighted in the country, confirming that Eid will fall on Saturday.
The Shawwal moon was also not sighted in India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Malaysia and Indonesia. As a result, Muslims in these countries will also celebrate Eid-ul-Fitr tomorrow, aligning with Pakistan’s schedule.
