The ongoing conflict in the Middle East continues to take a devastating toll, with fresh casualty figures revealing widespread human loss.
From Iran to Lebanon and Israel, civilians and military personnel alike have been affected as violence escalates across the region.
According to Arab media reports, 1,444 civilians have been martyred in ongoing attacks on Iran, while 18,551 civilians have been injured so far.
An attack on Iran’s western district of Durood has reportedly killed 12 civilians, according to Iranian media. The reports state that the civilian population was directly targeted in the strike.
In a separate incident, Iran’s city of Malekan was also attacked, where two people were killed and three others injured. Among those killed were a civilian and a security official, Iranian media added.
In Lebanon, 968 civilians, including 100 children, have been martyred in Israeli attacks, highlighting the severe humanitarian impact of the conflict.
The violence has also spread to Iraq, where 60 members of the Popular Mobilization Forces have been martyred in attacks. Meanwhile, 13 US soldiers have been killed in Iranian attacks, signaling a widening scope of the conflict involving international forces.

Israeli casualties and injuries rise
Israeli officials reported that 170 civilians were injured in Iranian attacks within 24 hours. Since the beginning of the war, 3,924 Israelis have been injured, while 17 civilians have been killed in Iranian strikes.
The conflict has increasingly targeted critical infrastructure across the region.
In Saudi Arabia, a drone attack struck the Samarf refinery near Yanbu port, according to the Ministry of Defense. Authorities confirmed that the drone had fallen near the site and that damage assessments are ongoing.
Saudi officials also reported intercepting another threat, stating that a ballistic missile fired toward Yanbu was successfully destroyed.
Kuwait refinery fire brought under control
In Kuwait, a drone attack on the Mina Al-Ahmadi oil refinery sparked a fire, according to the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation. Officials confirmed that the flames were limited and brought under control, with no casualties reported.
In southern Iraq, a drone strike hit a water treatment station at the Umm Qasr naval base, causing a fire. Iraqi officials stated that no casualties were reported during the attack, despite the damage caused.
