Global recognition for Gilgit-Baltistan
International media outlets, including BBC and CNN, recently listed Gilgit-Baltistan among the top twenty-five tourist destinations worldwide. The region’s stunning landscapes and adventure opportunities continue to capture global attention.
To enhance accessibility, Pakistan has introduced simplified visa processing and a “Visa Prior to Arrival” facility for citizens of 126 countries, making it easier than ever to explore the country.
Modernized tourism experience
Tourists now benefit from the Tourism on the Palm e-portal, designed to streamline travel planning and provide up-to-date information. This digital approach ensures a smooth and modern experience for both foreign and domestic visitors.
Green Pak Hotels and Resorts has spearheaded hospitality development with seventeen completed projects over the past two years. The company plans to open ten additional hotels and resorts in 2026, including properties in Gadani, Sonmiani, and Hunza.
