Aaron Pierre is officially joining the cast of the next Superman sequel, marking another major step in the actor’s growing Hollywood career.
The 31-year-old British star will appear in Man of Tomorrow, the highly anticipated follow-up to the 2025 superhero film.
According to the announcement, Aaron Pierre is the latest actor to join the cast of Man of Tomorrow, the upcoming sequel in the DC superhero franchise.
The film will once again be written and directed by James Gunn, who previously helmed the 2025 Superman movie.
Pierre’s casting adds another prominent name to the growing lineup of the sequel.
Several actors from the previous film are set to reprise their roles.
David Corenswet will return as Superman/Clark Kent, while Nicholas Hoult will once again portray the iconic villain Lex Luthor.
The sequel is scheduled to hit cinemas on July 9 next year, continuing the story introduced in the earlier film.
In the upcoming movie, Superman and Lex Luthor will be forced to work together against a powerful new threat.
The story centers around Brainiac, an alien technology menace that threatens humanity.
Lars Eidinger has been cast in the role of the villain, bringing the famous DC antagonist to the big screen.

Production for the sequel is expected to start in April in Atlanta.
