China has expressed support for Pakistan’s diplomatic efforts to mediate between the United States and Iran, emphasizing the importance of dialogue and de-escalation in the region.
During a press briefing, a spokesperson for China’s Foreign Ministry welcomed Pakistan’s efforts to bring the US and Iran closer to negotiations. The spokesperson said that attempts to initiate a ceasefire and peace talks are important steps toward reducing tensions.
China reiterated its support for all diplomatic initiatives aimed at easing the ongoing conflict.
