Punjab Secretary of Health Ali Jan Khan said on Saturday that eight dengue patients were hospitalised in different parts of the country.
Khan said: ‘’Two cases had been confirmed from Lahore and one from Faisalabad since the start of the new year. ‘’
In Lahore, three patients were admitted to hospitals.
Earlier in November, 169 cases reported in the province.
Last year, Other cities in Punjab also saw an increase in dengue cases.
