Federal Minister for Privatization and Investment Abdul Aleem Khan has directed to finalize proposals, legislation, and other important issues related to ease of doing business.
Aleem Khan said that to promote business in the country, an integrated system will be created with the cooperation of the federation and the provinces, and the problems faced by the special economic zones will be solved on a priority basis for the convenience of the business class.
He presided over the meeting of the Prime Minister's Committee on Ease of Doing Business.
The minister said: “It is our first responsibility to remove the defects related to the existing system, institutions and procedures.”
Abdul Aleem Khan said that the proposed investment and business promotion projects will be presented to the Prime Minister with a timeline.
Federal Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb, Federal Commerce Minister Jam Kamal, and other relevant officials and officials also participated in the meeting.
Minister of privatization and Investment said: “We have to ensure maximum facilities for the business community on the pattern of developed countries. Provinces will also be asked to legislate in consultation to protect investment.”
