The Balochistan government has extended the holidays of educational institutions until March 31.
According to details, the decision to prolong the closure has been made in line with national directives. Special assistant to the Balochistan chief minister, Shahid Rind said that the situation will be continuously reviewed and future measures will be determined accordingly. He appealed to parents to continue their children’s educational activities at home.
In Punjab, educational institutions will also remain closed until March 31. Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, announced that due to the regional conflict situation and the petroleum crisis, schools across the province will remain closed until March 31. Examinations will be held as per schedule, and schools may conduct online classes.
Meanwhile, in Sindh, in view of energy conservation measures, the provincial cabinet approved the closure of schools until 31 March. It was decided that despite the closure, examinations will take place according to the scheduled dates.
