Meanwhile, Islamabad United’s emerging player Sameer Minhas said on Tuesday that the PSL provides a strong platform for players to progress to the national side.
He said there was much to learn from both local and foreign cricketers in the league, adding that he played his natural game without taking extra pressure.
Minhas said he expected to learn a great deal from international players such as Devon Conway and Mark Chapman.
He added that he aimed to represent Pakistan in all three formats and termed the United as a very good franchise where he would strive to perform whenever given the opportunity.
