The record-breaking Bollywood film Dhurandhar 2, directed by Aditya Dhar and released on March 19, has been leaked online just a week after hitting theaters, sparking outrage among fans.
The sequel to the highly successful and controversial Dhurandhar, filmed in Karachi’s Lyari area with Ranveer Singh in the lead, shattered box-office records upon release.
Despite a public appeal from the director urging audiences not to watch or share low-quality pirated versions, a YouTube channel uploaded the full four-hour film online.
Fans quickly noticed the leak, reporting it and tagging Aditya Dhar on social media, demanding urgent action against piracy. The incident highlights the ongoing challenges filmmakers face in protecting high-grossing films from digital piracy.
