The Pakistan Navy and the People's Liberation Army Navy have successfully concluded their joint maritime exercise “Sea Guardian-IV,” aimed at strengthening operational coordination and bilateral cooperation.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations, the exercise was held from March 25 to April 1 and comprised a five-day port phase in Karachi and a two-day sea phase in the North Arabian Sea. During the port visit, the PLA Navy vessel was formally received by PNS Taimur.
The port phase included exchange of delegations, familiarization visits to naval installations, professional discussions, and seminars designed to enhance mutual understanding. The sea phase focused on joint operational drills, further improving tactical coordination between the two navies.
The exercise concluded with a joint patrol in the Arabian Sea, reaffirming both countries’ commitment to regional maritime security and stability.
