The prices of gold and silver in Pakistan and the global market witnessed a massive increase for the fourth consecutive session.
The price of 24-karat gold per tola surged by a huge Rs15,300, reaching Rs494,062 per tola, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold increased by Rs13,117, taking it to Rs423,578. Also, the price of 10 grammes of 22-karat gold saw a hike of Rs12,024 to be sold for Rs388,293.

International gold prices
In the international market, the price of gold per ounce has hiked by $153 to reach $4,713 per ounce.
Silver prices in Pakistan
Silver prices also followed the same trend, with the price of silver per tola hiking by Rs200 to reach Rs7,984 in Pakistan, while 10 grams of silver also increased to Rs6,844.
