WWE superstar and Hollywood actor John Cena has recounted his emotional meeting with Bollywood icon Shah Rukh Khan during a recent high-profile wedding in India.
The event, hosted by the Ambani family, provided the stage for Cena’s memorable encounter with the “King Khan” of Indian cinema.
In an interview with ANI, Cena described the moment as “beyond inspiration,” reflecting on how meeting Khan left him awestruck.
“It was just such an emotional moment to be able to shake a person's hand that affects your life so drastically and tell them specifically what they did,” Cena shared.
The Hollywood star praised Khan as “amazing, kind, and sharing,” and described the experience as one of his most significant star moments.
Cena’s admiration for Khan was evident in his tweet following the meeting, where he posted a photo with the actor and expressed his deep respect.
During their conversation, Khan reportedly gave Cena motivational insights that resonated deeply with the actor. Cena noted that Khan’s words helped him “recognize all the jackpots that he has been given and been grateful and worked hard.”
