Gold prices in Pakistan fell sharply on Friday, with the price of one tola decreasing by Rs 1,000, reflecting a downward trend in both local and international markets.
Silver also saw a minor decline, offering relief to investors and buyers.

According to the All-Pakistan Sarafa, Gems and Jewellers Association, the latest rates are:
- Gold (24K per tola): Rs 467,262 (down Rs 1,000)
- Gold 10g (24K): Rs 400,601 (down Rs 858)
- Gold 10g (22K): Rs 367,230 (down Rs 787)
- Silver per tola (24K): Rs 7,454 (down Rs 30)
- Silver 10g (24K): Rs 6,390 (down Rs 26)
International market trends
- International gold price: $4,445 per ounce (down $10)
- International silver price: $69.70 per ounce (down $0.30)
The decline is attributed to global market fluctuations and easing demand pressures, offering a slight respite to gold and silver buyers in Pakistan.
