Renowned Pakistani singer Ali Zafar, speaking to the media outside a session court, said he has waited eight years for the resolution of his case and believes it will help restore public trust in the country’s judiciary.
According to reports, Ali Zafar noted that the mother of Meesha Shafi was also present in the courtroom, expressing deep respect for her as a prominent artist.
He stated that the case demonstrates how Pakistan’s courts provide justice based on evidence and said the arguments presented by his lawyer were entirely fact-based.
Zafar expressed optimism that the proceedings will reinforce confidence among the public in the legal system and highlight the importance of due process in delivering justice.
