Meghan Markle has shared a candid and playful moment from a recent charity event in Beverly Hills. The Duchess posted a video on Instagram, even apologising for accidentally interrupting a TikTok recording.
The Duchess took to Instagram on Tuesday to post a video from a charity event where she presented a community service award.
The honour was given to her close friend, Kelly McKee Zajfen, for her work with child welfare organisations.
In her post, Meghan praised Kelly’s contributions to Alliance for Children’s Rights and Alliance of Moms.
“Kelly, you are one of one,” Meghan wrote, highlighting her friend’s dedication and impact.
A Light-hearted TikTok moment
The video also captured a spontaneous moment from the event.
Meghan joked about interrupting a group of women who were filming a TikTok video in the restroom.
In her caption, she wrote:
“Such a special evening + kudos to the gals in the ladies room doing a TikTok video (!) Sorry we crashed your party, but it was too good not to share.”
Meghan and Prince Harry stepped back from royal duties in 2020.
The couple later publicly shared concerns about their treatment within the Royal Family, including allegations of racism involving their son, Prince Archie.
The couple now reside in California, where they are raising their two children.
They also welcomed their daughter, Princess Lilibet, after moving to the United States.
