Punjab Education Minister Rana Sikandar Hayat has announced that educational institutions across the province will reopen on April 1, dismissing rumors about a shift to online classes.
He clarified that notifications circulating on social media regarding changes in the academic schedule are fake. According to the minister, schools, colleges, and universities will operate five days a week with fully physical classes, and no hybrid system will be implemented.
Rana Sikandar Hayat further emphasized that all educational institutions will continue regular academic activities throughout the week, rejecting claims about a four-day schedule as baseless.
He also urged students to attend classes regularly, assuring that normal academic operations will proceed without disruption.
